ABSTRACT
Objective:To investigate the risk factors on androgenetic alopecia (AGA) of primary healthcare staffs.Methods:Primary healthcare staffs were investigated by a questionnaire.Results:A total of 934 healthcare staffs (550 males and 384 females) were surveyed, of which 238 cases were diagnosed as AGA. 68.8% of AGA patients had poor mental health self-assessment; 52.94% of AGA patients had a family history; the prevalence in the people who usually had the night shift was 26.03%, which was higher than that in the people who had no night shift.Conclusions:The prevalence of AGA in healthcare staffs is higher than the national average, which might be related to working pressure, mental status, night shifts, genetic and alcohol drinking.
ABSTRACT
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of nanocrystalline needles combined with 5% minoxidil tincture in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia of male.Methods:A total of 60 patients with androgenetic alopecia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with 5% minoxidil tincture 2 times a day. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was treated with nanocrystalline needles combined with 5% minoxidil tincture for 10 minutes 2 times a week. The clinical effects of different treatments were compared after six months.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group (80.00% vs. 53.30%, P<0.05). The improvement of the each clinical features of image by dermoscopy in patients with hair loss disease included more than 20% of hair diameter diminish, vellus hair increased, partly acomia and yellow dot sign had a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Nanocrystalline needles combined with 5% minoxidil tincture has a good clinical effect in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia.

Objective To investigate the drug resistance of Salmonella and enterotoxin gene in diarrhea children of Taizhou.Methods 132 children with Salmonella infection who had fever ,diarrhea and other symptoms and were confirmed by fecal culture were selected .The Salmonella serotype , drug resistance analysis of 10 kinds of antibiotics,and enterotoxin gene (spvA,spvB,rck) were detected.Results 132 cases of Salmonella isolated from blood serological were identified a total of 10 serotypes,Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella Enteritidis were the most common.In 132 strains of Salmonella ,the highest drug resistance rate was to ampicillin (51.82％) and ampicil-lin/sulbactam(51.52％),and had no resistance to imipenem ,ertapenem.In 132 strains of Salmonella,including sin-gle drug resistance of 27 strains(20.45％),the rest had two or more drugs resistance .In 132 strains of Salmonella, 132 strains were spvA positive(positive rate 100％),38 cases were spvB positive(positive rate 28.79％),45 cases were rck positive(positive rate 34.09％).The incidence rates of fever,dehydration and hematochezia in spvB positive children were significantly higher than those in spvB negative children (χ2 =6.022,6.661,6.978,all P<0.05).The incidence rates of fever and hematochezia in rck positive children were significantly higher than those in rck negative children (χ2 =9.134,12.673,all P<0.05).Conclusion Salmonella infection diarrhea children in the Taizhou area are mainly Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella enteritidis infection ,the strains are highly resistant strains , enterotoxin spvB gene is correlated with the incidence rates of fever ,dehydration and hematochezia ,and rck gene is correlated with the incidence rates of fever and hematochezia .

Objective:To introduce the local human body metabolic rate measurement system based on the Smartphone with the Android operating system and realizes the transmission of physiological data from the detecting module to Smartphone. Methods:Embedding Bluetooth module in the module of detecting physiological parameters, the measurement target is fingers, so the detected physiological data can be sent to Smartphone with Android system. By develop apk application program, the Smartphone can realize the operation of opening the Bluetooth devices and searching the around Bluetooth devices, to realize the data transmission by the Socket connection, we develop the software which realizes showing data. Results:The Smartphone received the metabolic rate parameters from Bluetooth, and show the result on the surface. A study of the technology of transmitting physiological parameters information through the interface of Bluetooth in Android Smartphone is made in this paper. Conclusion:The paper is based on the Mobile Medicine Measuring System, realizes the technology of physiological parameters transmission through Bluetooth in Android system, which has a great broad application.

BACKGROUND:Manual reduction for external fixation of distal radius fractures can achieve good outcomes. OBJECTIVE:To carry out the bibliometric analysis on manual reduction for external fixation of distal radius fractures. METHODS:Literatures concerning reduction for external fixation of distal radius fractures were retrieved in CNKI database from 2003 to 2012. The keywords were“external fixation;distal radius fractures”. Duplicate and irrelevant articles were eliminated, and a total of 408 articles were retrieved. A bibliometric analysis of these 408 articles was performed in terms of publishing time and number, subject categories, source journals, research institutions, times cited and download frequency. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Literatures concerning manual reduction for external fixation of distal radius fractures exhibit an upward trend in number. In 2012, there were 85 relevant articles. In the past 10 years, 18 relevant articles have been published in Chinese Journal of Traditional Medical Traumatology&Orthopedics, which is the most. There are not many relevant studies in various research units, only 1-7 articles published per unit, and five articles are funded.
ABSTRACT
Objective To evaluate the surgical approaches for gastric carcinoma accompanied by portal hypertension ( PHT).Methods The clinical data of 22 patients with PHT undergoing operation during 5 years were retrospectively analyzed.The liver function was Child's A in 12 cases, Child's B in 10 cases.Total gastrectomy + pericardial devascularization was performed in 11 cases, distal subtotal gastrectomy in 9 cases, distal subtotal gastrectomy + splenectomy in one, distal subtotal gastrectomy + pericardial devascularization in one.12 cases with Child's A underwent D2 lymph node (LN) dissection and 10 cases with Child's B were treated with D1 LN dissection.Liver biopsy was taken in all patients.Results Postoperative complications developed in 50% and mortality rate was 9%.The rate of liver function deterioration in patients of Child A ungergoing D2 lymph node dissection was 42% , and that of patients with Child B was 70%.The rate of postoperatiave complications in patients with Child A ungergoing D2 lymph node dissection was 25% , while that of patients with Child B was 80%.There was no significant difference in liver function deterioration rate between Child A and Child B (P ＞ 0.05) , but the rate of postoperative complications in Child A is much lower than those in Child B(P ＜ 0.05).The complication rate in patients receiving PHT targeting measures was 77% ,much higher than 11% in those without concurrent treatment of PHT ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Individualized surgical approache is crucial for treatment of gastric carcinoma accompanied by PHT.Surgical treatment should be on the basis of liver function and the severity of PHT.

Objective To design a holter, which can record ECG for long time. Methods SD(secure digital) card was adopted as mass storage medium. The preprocessed ECG signals were converted into digital data which were stored temporarily into SD card by the USB-2.0-spicified microcontroller CY7C68013A. Results SPI bus was introduced for data communication between the host and SD card. The LCD module was utilized to display the menu and states of the system. The data stored in SD card were transmitted to a PC via the USB, or read by a specified card reader.1 GB SD card could record for about one month. Conclusion The portable design of this device is convenient for outgoing.
